Foreskin is part of the normal anatomical structure of the penis. It has a role in protecting it's sensitive parts/ It causes no hindrance in pro-creation except if it is very tight around the penis resulting in phimosis and paraphimosis which may be painful and difficult in performing micturition and intercourse.
