Does Gentle Bouncing Exercise Cause Bladder Problems?
Many manufacturers of rebounders (small home exercise trampolines) say that the soft bounding exercise helps strengthen pelvic connective tissue and help with bladder urgency and stress incontinence. However, I haven't seen a doctor say this. Is their claims true? I've also read some female athletes such as runners or gymnasts have more overactive bladder problems later in life due to earlier bouncing. So does gentle bouncing exercise help or make worse bladder problems?
HI Well come to HCM If you mean to say that because of exercise this cause some kind of bladder problem like urgency of urine and other so this is not true, and if this is ever happened to anybody then this could be due to some underlying or pre-existing factors, but not due to exercise or any other gym activity, take care, have a nice day.
