Does Hair Transplant Effect Already Existing Hair Growth?
Hi Doc, I recently had a hair transplant operation. Some of the grafts were transplanted in the area where hair density was less. Now after one month, as was told the transplanted hair have started to fall. But the problem I want to ask is that, the already existing hair in those regions are having very slow growth. I want to ask that does the transplant effect the already existing hair growth also?
I don't believe that the hair transplant can affect the existing hair. I think it can be related to initial issue or diagnosis causing the hair to fall.
Hope I have answered the question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
