Does Head Trauma Need An ER Visit?
Hi . I'm 19 about 5 foot 4 inches . and weigh about 120 pounds about 5 hours ago I got hit in the right Sid of me head around the temple area . My head it swollen and I'm having trouble sleeping . I also feel very paranoid about it and slightly nauseous . But I also havnt eaten in several hours due to the pain caused by chewing . Should I go to the emergency room ? I don't have Insurence and only want to go if it's absoloutely necessary .

Most likely you haven't sustained a serious head injury but you may have either a skull fracture or a mandible fracture so it would be best to be seen by a doctor
