Does High Prolactin Level Cause Constipation, IBS And Back Pain?

Dear Doctor, i have been going to errectile dysfunctioning and constipation and IBS problem for last 3years. now i am feeling pain in my back bone and arm bones also. i dont know why it was occuring to me. i just taken test for prolactine and it was found that my prolactine is 93H ng/ml. doctor gave me medicine cabergoline. i want to know does high prolactine cause constipation and IBS or backbone/arm bone pain? and for how much time i will have to take this medicines.

It is unlikely be due to protactin.

As a first line management you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief.

If symptoms persist, it is better to consult a physician and get evaluated.
