Does increase in sugar level increases Triglycerides.I AM 5Y YEAR OLD MALE SUGAR F(153) PP(154) CHOLESTROL 178 AND TRIGLYCERIDES 244.
mY SUGAR LEVEL HAS RECENTLY INCREASED BUT tRIGLYCERIDES ALSO INCREASED FROM 140 LEVEL IN LAST 3 MONTHS.What shall i do now.

Yes increase in blood sugar levels over long periods can increase serum triglycerides. But physical inactivity high fat diet will also contribute to high triglyceride level .
Solution is control your blood sugars with proper diet aerobic exercises 20-30 minutes everyday and medicines for bringing down blood sugars. Presently you don't need medications to bring down triglyceride level . Just follow above advise.
