Does Intake Of Iron Supplements Regularly Cause Black Stool?
I regularly donate plasma and take a daily iron supplement to keep my iron level up. I know that iron can cause black or dark stool. Last night I drank pretty heavily at a birthday party for a friend. I rarely drink. I got sick last night and my vomit was black. I m wondering if iron supplements could cause black vomit. I feel fine today.

i Ron supplementation definitely causes black stools . ur black vomiting s due due to excess alcohol,u had bleeding in ur stomach or foodpipe that led to black vomiting.
I would suggest u to stop drinking alcohol, at least drink less if stopping s not possible.
RISK: liver failure due to excess alcohol can also cause blood vomiting.
