Hello Sir,
Welcome to Healthcare Magic.

I can certainly understand your concern and worked through your query in detail.

As per your symptoms, dizziness is extremely possible when you are on multiple medications to control your blood pressure and other drugs to prevent good blood flow in the arteries.

This dizziness could possibly result from postural hypotension secondary to combined use of drugs like Metoprolol and Amlodepine.

It's advisable to monitor your blood pressure thrice weekly and report to your doctor if blood pressure is found to be under 90/60 mm of Hg.

Based on these values the dose of either Metoprolol and/or Amlodepine can be reduced by 50% to control the symptoms.

Meanwhile, I advise you to maintain adequate hydration.
Consultation with Cardiologist will help to modulate the drug doses in a scientific manner reducing the side effects if overcorrection of blood pressure.

Please check with your physician if he shares my view and if can prescribe these dose alterations to you.

Post your further questions if any.
Thank you.
