Does Intake Of Multiple Medications Cause Severe Nosebleed?

Experienced severe nosebleed that sent me to ER. Never had a nosebleed before; active intense bleeding for at least 45 minutes to an hour. Blood was very thin, bright red, and pouring rapidly. EMT and EE kept asking if I took a blood thinner; answer is no. Could other meds act as blood thinners? Take bupropion, cymbalta, and gabapentin, dexilant and amitryptiline.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for your question.
I do understand your pain and discomfort.
As per your history the cause of bleeding has many points so follow:-
1)Do a clinical check up by an ENT doctor and he will visualize in detail your nasal passage
2)Do liver function test,CBC,ANCA ,Monoclonal antibody assays
3)Ultrasound to ruled out bile duct obstruction

I hope I was able to address your query. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to write to me.
Wishing you all the best.
Thanks
