Does Intake Of Oats,food Rich In Fibre Causes Fat Loss?
hi doctor,
I am 25 yrs old female. whenever i am taking oats or more fiber i tend to pass normal stool 4-5 times a day. in general i pass 3 times. no indigestion is there. is there a fat loss from body. i drink around 5 litres and urinate frequently. my thyroid id normal. Please let me if i have any issues with my health.
Yes good fibre intake helps tonloose weight. But it is like with. Fibre you have feeling of fullness which helps you do not eat more. Fat absorbs fibre and excretes from body it's. Take more of salads,sprouts, channa murmura, fruit daily have lots of water. Don't take juices don't take fruit in evening . avoid high calorie fruits like banana, chiku, mango ,pineapple. Walk 40-45 mins daily. Take skim milk twice day avoid simple carbohydrates. Take curds buttermilk to fill stomach. Have small and frequent meals.
