Does Irregular Periods, Bulky Ovaries, Small Follicles Along With Absence Of Fluid Indicate Pcod ?
irregular periods, bulky ovaries, rt ovary 44*26cm, lt ovary 44*19cm, multiple small follicles of uniform size seen within. no evidense of free fluid in pod. Do i have pcod? please suggest measures. im 23, unmarried ht 5 3 wt 53kg

Yes,your usg suggest that you have polycystic ovaries.The irregular periods is due to that.You will have to take birth control pills to regularise your periods.Later when you want kids you may require ovulation induction drugs.You also should get your blood sugar checked as pcod often causes hyperglycemia.

hi .. normal size of the ovaries is about the size of an almond.. Your ovaries are definately bilaterally enlarged. considering your age and usg finding.. its most likely u have PCOD... you need to visit a gynacologist and start taking treatment .. n regular follow up with usg is necessary. i would like to know if you have excess growth of facial hair ?
