Does Ketorolac, Morphine Or Tamsulosin Cause Sulfer Burps ?
Good evening .... i am being treated for a large kidney stone with morphine,20mg 4x /day .....ketrolac 10mg 4/day and tamsulion .4mg 2x/ day until i can see a urologist on tuesday. My question is doea this medication lead to what is know as sulfer burps .... i am drinking almost 2 lirters of water a day to try and pass the stone bit i am now extremly bloated and the gas i am burping up the smell is so aweful it is making me and my wife sick

Hi,
This type of bloating and abdominal symptoms are common with painkillers. It can be prevented by using antacids. Use Tab Rabeprazole 20mg once daily before food morning for 7 days and syrup Mucaine gel 15ml when needed. Avoid spicy food and carbonated drinks.
