Hi,I recently join gym because I have pain in back n other joints .I am just 26 . But somebody says when u leave exercise your body became bulky from thighs n neck is it true..what I do may I continue or not join it? Plz help to come out from confusion ...thank you

You can join and leave gym anytime you want but remember that you need to eat a balanced diet at all times. You need more food and calories when you work out and less when you are not working out.
