Hi, I have been feeling lightheaded for the past 2 wks been to my primery doctor they did a complete blood work and said my RDW and Vitmin D was a little low but nothing to worry about . However I feel very lightheaded and the doctor said it is do to Anxitey can u let me know about ur thought, thx Merry.

Both RDW and Vit D level problems will not lead to light headedness. They appear to be more or less an incidental findings. Yes, it could be an anxiety. You can take Propranolol or clonazepam for anxiety to see if it improves. If you everse to taking medicines, then there is an option of cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT). This therapy is taken by either a psychologist or a psychiatrist in which the therapist identifies impaired cognitions (Thoughts) and try to correct them. They are 15-20 min weekly session and there should be around 8-10 sessions to help you with your illness. Hope I am able to answer your concerns.
