Hi,I am Dr. Prabhakar Koregol (Cardiologist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Does Low Blood Pressure Causes Fatigue And Paleness?
my son is 8 and recently passed out during basketball practice. Went to e.r and was told he was fine. blood work showed high MPV of 10.6 and lymp%H at 4.07, also high-BUN creatine of 33.5 and BUN of 18. He still looks pale and fatigue. Took him to Cardiologist and was told his heart had a small murmur but he thought the syncope was due to low blood pressure. IM still concerned about his fatigue and paleness and labs> what should I do?
HI Thank for choosing HCM I am really sorry for this, look the cardiac elements could be the cause of this and not the low blood pressure it self, if the cardiac murmur was there then there must have been some congenital condition of heart was likely, echo test was the only option for that, I hope this could be your answer, take care bye.
