Does Lower Abdomen Pain Imply Pregnancy?
I have pain in my lower abdomen on my right side. The pain feels sharp when I sit down or when I walk heel to toe. I have had this pain before. Right before ovulation, but it seems a little early. Should I make an appointment with my doctor? What might this be?

I understood your concern and My opinion is that No lower abdominal pain is not definitive sign of pregnancy , you are having pain thats normal around ovulation so don't worry , you should do urine pregnancy test to confirm your pregnancy ,if it comes negative than no need of going to doctor
please take T Meftal spas two or three times if you are having excessive pain
