Hi,
Im 17 and I play Football and Worm up Everyday..
But When I mastrabute I Feel Weak My Legs pain and i can't run long distance..Even When I Worm Up or While Running Slowly My Legs pain..
Should I Stop Mastrabuting?
Even I Searched Google.
I Found Many Answers,
One must Stop Mastrabuting,
And also it is responsible for inerection of pennis.

Dear Patient,
Do not worry. Masturbation is an innocent and harmless activity. According to an Australian research, it even reduces the risk of developing prostate cancer in men in older ages. However, If you are too much worried about masturbation that can increase you anxiety. I believe your weakness of legs and pain is due to your anxiety caused by unnecessarily worrying about masturbation. Stop worrying about it. Relax. It is an absolutely normal human response to their sexual feelings.
However, If your masturbation is disturbing your daily activities like studies, sports just because you are addicted to it, then it is not good. If it is like an addiction, try to get rid of it by finding something more interesting to be engaged with. Try to make friends, read novels or engage in sports or music. Be positive.
