Does Mother's Diet During Breast Feeding Effect Infant Digestion?
my baby is 2 months old and is showing signs of loose motion. Most people have asked me to quit eating spicy food as it is affecting the baby through the mothers milk that I am feeding him. Is it true? does a mothers diet really affect the baby's tummy?
