Does Neck Swelling And Elevations Of Blood Pressure Indicate Pheochromocytoma?

I have had intermittent neck swelling and now I m experiencing sudden elevations of of blood pressure coupled with heart palpitations and headache. I have had 6 episodes of the elevated b/p in 7 days (high 165/98 and within 2 hours back down to my normal 111/65). I m wondering if I should request a workup for pheochromocytoma?
