Does Neurocysticercosis Relapse After Sometime?

I was diagnosed with neurocysticercosis about 2 years back. Was under medication for a year and a half . On the complete eradication of the cyst the doctor advised to discontinue medication. Are they any chances of me having a relapse ? Age: 24 Height:5.4 Weight: 65
