Does Norethisterone Effect Conceiving?
I put norplant in April 2008 and removed it in April 2010. I did not have my periods for 2 years and after removing my periods were irregular. I have been menstrurating for the past 4 weeks and I went to a doctor yesterday and he prescribed me nerothisterone, I would like to conceive, will this drug affect my plans of conceiving.

Yes. It can cause anovulation if taken for a full month but is not a reliable contraceptive. You can try from the next month for conception during the fertile days.
