Does Numbness In Arm And Pain In Upper Back Indicate Heart Problem?

Hi I am 55 year old woman. I am experiencing numbness in my right arm and hand several times a day It goes away after I shake it out. I always have pain in my upper back beside my shoulder blades. I experience grate fatigue every day. Have sleep apnea. I am post menopausal and overweight. Could this be an indication I have some heart issues?

Hello,

No, usually heart related pain involves mainly left upper limb. It could be musculoskeletal pain. So get a physical examination done to rule out musculoskeletal pain.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
