Hello and welcome to HCM,
Chest pain is probably not associated with your menstrual cycles.
However, chest pain can be due to gastritis, heart disease, respiratory disease or musculoskeletal disease.
Since, you have history of heart burning, chest pain could be due to gastritis or heart burning.
Squeezing pain in the chest could be due to heart diseases.
Obesity can lead to gastritis and heart diseases.
Thus, I suggest you to consult a cardiologist for clinical examination of the cardiovascular system.

Thanks and take care
