Does On And Off Bleeding During Periods, Dizziness With History Of Having Unprotected Sex Indicate Ectopic Pregnancy?

Hi, i had a question for a gynecologist . I doubt if i have ectopic pregnacy.i had unprotecetd sex only 7 -9 before i got my period.bi got my peroid yesterday , it started in the night n then i did nt bleed at all till morning , then again by afternoon i atarted bleeding normally and in the morning iwas bleeding only when i was passinn urine etc. 2 weeks prior to this i have been having little dizzy sensation and from the past week i felt nausea a couple of times, please help and advice if these symptoms are seriosu and if i am havig an ectopic pregnancy or something .
