Does Ovarian Cyst Cause Hip Pain?
I'm 49 yrs old, Iv'e had pain in my hip/ groin area for a couple yrs thought it was artheritis, recently had xray and MRI , results showed an ovariian cyst, last month had a discharge with a foul smell!! Have an appointment for a Paps tomorrow, dr wants me to have a sonogram.

ovarian cyst not related to your hip pain. enlarged cyst can result in pressure symptoms on adjacent organs resulting in increased frequency of urination, indigestion.
With history of foul smelling discharge need to rule out cervical problem and infections. PAP smear is helpful.
