Does Performing Excess Exercise Result In The Color Change Of Urine?
after vigorous tennis ply almost 2 sets in the morning and 3 sets in the evening, urine color changed reddish yellow after the play .only once, a week back now normal .total bloodtests shows normal including ultrasound abdomen whats the reason is it due to over exercise?

Vigorous exercise cause water inside your body to escape as sweat to maintain temperature of the body. This is sensed by kidneys as decreased water in body and thus decreases quantity of water in urine. contents in this concentrated urine gives yellow color to urine.
Further to be on safe side you should do test of urine r/e(routine examination). It will confirm that whether there is infection or not. I am sure that it is due to exercise but to be on safe side you should do above test.
