Does Post Menopausal Vaginal Bleeding Mean Uterine Cancer?

Hi, I have had post menopausal bleeding for 18 days. I am 18 months-2 years post menopausal. I had a biopsy done in the doctor s office to rule out uterine cancer. There was no pap smear done and I have not had one since 2009. If no abnormal cells grow, does this mean that cervical, vaginal and other types of cancer can be ruled out too? If it is not uterine cancer, how long should I allow my bleeding to continue before seeking other causes? Thank you.
