Does Pregnancy Result Less Than 1.2 Mean Pregnancy Is Lost?

Hi, my last menstrual period is march 25, i had positive pregnancy test last april 18. Yesterday i had faint positive pregnancy test, then i go to a hospital i had beta hcg test they extracted blood from me and they said the result is less than 1.2, does it mean i lost the pregnancy? Thank you!
