Does Prolonged Use Of Nexito For Sleeplessness Cause Any Side Effect?

Dear Dr. Sahib I had Retd. from Govt. Job since March 2012. After my retirement I.e. after ,2/3 months later the night sleep disorders started. I started more walk and physical exercise but there was no use. I consulted so many Drs. who advices so many medics but it didn t suits to me. One of the leading Dr. advised me to take one tablet nexito plus daily go to bed. That medicine suits to me I had taken about 2 years now some one had informed that the regular users are dangerous and other troubles can be started. I am about 63 yrs old and it may kindly be be advised the regular use of nexito plus is harmful or not . Human BMNH
