Does Pus Cell With Value Of 5-15 In Sperm Test Report Normal?

Dear Sir, I am 38 years old married guy and below are the particulars of my sperm test report. Please have a look into this and interpret the results to me.. should i consult a doctor for a baby. Volume: 7.5 ml colour: greyish opaque, LIQUEFACTION-50 Mts , Sperm Count: 62.4 million/ml ,Active Motile: 70% ,Sluggish: 10% ,DEAD: 20%..... Epl Cells: 1-3, Pus Cells 5-15,RBC 2-4, Morphology Normal: 60% Abnormal: 40% I am waiting for a quick reply. Thanks in advance for your suppor

Hi, dear.
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. Your semen analysis report suggest you have normal sperm count and normal motility. Rest all parameters are also normal. So you are fertile and able to become father. For that matter you don't need to concern. However your pus cells are slightly increased. You may have mild infection in your genital tract. No need to worry. Just consult your routine doctoe for that and take antibiotics as per his advised. Otherwise no need to worry.
Just be relaxed.
