As per the international guidelines the blood sugar must peak to more than 11.1 on minimum of two occasions of random testing along with HbA1c of more than 6.5%. To be more sure about the diagnosis it is better to go for a glucose tolerance test (3intervals) which will exactly tell you the diabetes status plus we will also be able to know if you are a prediabetic. people with prediabetes have a higher chance of reverting back to normal with diet, exercise and weight loss. Secondly i noticed that your good cholesterol HDL and triglycerides are slightly abnormal. please concentrate on the potion size of your diet and also start exercising regularly.
