Does Removal Of Mirena IUD Cause Heavy Menstrual Bleeding?
Hello, Slight bleeding can happen with IUD removal. Generally, it will settle by itself. As of now, you can take drugs like Tranexamic Acid to control bleeding. If symptoms persist you can consult a gynecologist and get evaluated. Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Regards, Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
