Does Sciatica Cause Pain The Arms And Tingling Sensation In The Foot?

I have pain in my right arm and right leg along with tingling/numbness in my right hand and foot. This has been going on off and on for several weeks but seems to be getting progressively worse. Especially bad when I am driving. Can it be sciatica even though I typically have no back pain associated with this?have

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, I had gone though the history given here and I could say that it may not be sciatica but it seems to be due to poor posture while you drive, it is the muscular pain may be due to spasm, so try to maintain the good posture while you drive, before taking some drug for pain I would like to advise to see the physiotherapist if this fails to responds then you can try Tab Chlorzoxazone with Acetaminophen once in day.
Never system related pain is very less likely but it can not be neglected and better to rule this out and for that MRI of spinal column is necessary.
hope this information helps.
