Does Short Generalized Paroxysm Or Irregular S-W Complexes In A Child Indicate Fits?

my daughter is 6 years old, and last week she fainted and her legs, hands and lips become pale and later on after few mintues, her lips gone to right side and hands and legs got stiff too. We took her to the hospital we took the CT scan and ECG and both the results are ok. And later on we did EEG and the conclusion mentioned in the result that " Abnormal EEG recording due ot GEDEs". Also mentioned " few short generalized paroxysm or irregular S-W complexes lasting 1 second were recorded. Is this fits/convulsion ?
