Does Simple Saline Work The Same As NeilMed Sinus Rinse?
I have been using the NeilMed sinus rinse which I mix with distilled water, and it does a good job for me. But recently I bought Simply Saline to take with me when I am gone overnight. I assumed it would work like the NeilMed sinus rinse,but I cannot tell that it does much of anything. Is it supposed to work the same as the sinus rinse?

Yes simple saline will also work the same way.
Actually it works on osmosis.
Saline or NeilMed is Hypertonic so it absorbs excess fluid from the sinus.
