Does Sonography Show Liver Cirrhosis?

my father is chronic alcoholic since last 35 years. he also takes proxyvon 4-5 capsules /day. he is also on fenofibrate. his liver function tests are normal except ggt which has always been near 130. hdl 60 ldl 95 cholesterol 190 tg 230. but recently sonography liver showed caudate lobe prominance otherwise his sonography has always been shown fatty liver. he cannot quit alcohol becuse he had once on yrying severe withdrawl symptoms. is his livr going towards cirrhosis

hi dear,
definitely liver is going towards cirrhosis. for that you must have to stop taking alcohol. for withdrawal better to control consult psychiatrist and admit him in a psychiatric nursing home.
also he has opioid addiction which is also dreadful to body .
without admissions not possible to left multiple substance.
sonography shows liver cirrhosis.
also advise to take opinion of physician.
