Does Surgical Abortion Done By Vacuum Aspiration Damage The Womb?

when surgical abortion is done by vaccum aspiration, but there are two embryo but the doctor got one embroy out and the other one is left for a week before the doctor detect that there two embroy. what happen to the womans womb? will the womb be damage?

Understand your concern
Abortion should be done after USG scan that confirm the nature of pregnancy. Yes vacuum aspiration cause damage to womb. So you can not continue the pregnancy. First confirm the remaining worm by USG and it can be removed by using misoprostol or by surgical process (D & C) by experienced gynecologist.
