Does Symptoms Like Cramping And Drop Of HCG Levels Unsafe For A Pregnancy?

Was told I was going to miscarry 3 weeks ago, but showed no sign of bleeding. But a little cramping. I am 6 weeks. Hcg levels did drop...137,339,547,1500,937,860,655,and had blood work today .... Should I be worried...at 5 weeks they did see a sac but no fetal pole

Hi,
By 6 weeks, there should be fetal pole and fetal cardiac activity. If you are about 6 weeks, repeat the ultrasound after 10 days. If there is no heart beat, or fetal pole, then you may have to terminate the pregnancy.
