Does Taking Amlodipine And Bystolic Twice Cause Any Adverse Side Effects?

my husband accidently took his bystolic and amlod twice. once at 6am . he forgot he had taken them . he just took his other dose again at 5, than he remembered he had already taken his metformin was taken correctly sugar reading 185 am. he says he feels fine,

Hello,
This should not create any serious problems but his bp and pulse rate should be monitored. If bp is less than 100 systolic then give some salt water to raise the bp. If pulse is going below 55 then better to seek medical attention nearby. Hope this helps you and get back if you have any doubts.
