Does Taking Arachitol Injection Lead To Baldness And Infertility?

hiiiiiiiii ihv been suggested for arachitol-6 inj... I hv been operated for a ovarian cyst (5yrs back)... now since last tree years im observing baldness and conceiving problems and minorly bone and joint pains..... should I opt for ijection or can I take oral suppp... does the inj hv any side effects... my 25-oh vit d level is 21.76ng/ml

Hello,

Your symptoms are not due to Arachitol injection. It is only vitamin D injection and it is in no way related to your symptoms. As you got operated for a ovarian cyst previously, there is a chance of recurrence. The following are few causes of baldness and difficulties in conception:
1) Hormonal imbalances like PCOD
2) Hypothyroidism
3) Diabetes mellitus
4) Antidepressants, chemotherapy agents
5) Ovarian cyst

Kindly consult your gynecologist once and get examined in person and any tests like ultrasound imaging of abdomen and pelvis if necessary to have a look at ovaries. You can continue Arachitol injection without any doubt.
