Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Primolut-N is not advisable during pregnancy. It contains Norethisterone (Progesterone hormone), which is known to hinder endometrial changes and implantation of the embryo during early pregnancy.

There're reports of minor fetal malformation hence it should be stopped immediately if your pregnancy is confirmed and consult your gynecologist at the earliest and start taking folic acid and iron supplements.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
