Hi

Both the drugs cause weight gain. Jasminell ,being an hormonal pill can cause weight gain, fluid retention.

Cipralex is an antidepressant that acts by increasing serotonin. Serotonin is a chemical released in brain that causes more appetite, alertness and also can cause increased sleep in some patients.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards
