Does Taking Meloxicam And Ibuprofen Cause Delay In Periods?

I am 30 years old and never been a day late on my period (with the exception of two times when I ended up being pregnant). I am currently 6 days late but getting negative pregnancy tests. I'm on a couple of medications for pain and inflammation with my knees from an old injury flare up. One being meloxicam the other being a high dosage of ibuprofen. Could one of those meds be causing the lack of a period?
