Does Taking Propranolol Treat Tricuspid Regurgitation?

i was taking propranolol when i had my 2D-echo. the result was that i have trivial tricuspid regurgitation. that does mean that with or without the medication the case would still be the same? or just because i took propranolol as prescribed that's why i only have the trivial case or does it get worse if i didn't take the propranolol?
