Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
The usual causes of irregular periods may be the infection, or anemia. You had treatment for the infecion, but it would have caused the irregular periods already.
I advise you to consult your doctor for diagnosis and treatment.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms, cifixime, and hematanics.

Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and protein rich foods to compensate, anemia and to hasten the recovery.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you. .
