Hi, I understand your concern and I'll try to help you. Abnormalities you reported can rarely be related to serious heart disease. However, the most important is not only look for the exam but to your clinical picture.

There are several right atrial abnormalities that may be related to medical conditions that increase or overburden the right atrium, such that pulmonary hypertension, atrial septal defect, obstructive sleep apnea. However, the most common cause of these changes is the inappropriate position of the precordial electrodes during the examination.

You also described the report of EKG neighboring wave abnormalities T. This means that there are minimal changes that may be related to medical conditions such as hypertension, mitral valve prolapse and even myocardial ischemia.

Therefore, it is important that you repeat the EKG and if these changes are confirmed find a Cardiologist to investigate if you have any of these medical conditions.

Hope I have answered your question. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help you. Wish you good health.
