Does The Blood Test Result Indicate Anemia Or B12 Deficiency?

I have multiple symptoms, and believe it may be from a deficiency in B12. I have had that tested via blood work, and my RBCs and WBCs always come back normal. My MCVs, and MCVHs(I think that is the acronym) has consistently decreased while my platelet level has increased significantly. My symptoms include spacity, jerking, cognitive malfunction, low bp and pulse, sever abdominal problems,etc.... Dr.s do not know what it is. I have had several scans of brain, stomach, and spine. With the blood results as they are, is it possible for me to be anemic or have a B12 deficiency?

Hi!
welcome to HCM!
Your RBCs and WBCs always normal. while MCV, and MCH has consistently decreased while your platelet level has increased significantly.they donot suggest Vitamin B12 anaemia but they suggest either some hemolytic anemia or hemoglobinopathy.A hemoglobin electrophoresis is recommended followed by complete panel for hemolytic anemia.
hope this helps!
