General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Incomplete data like age, gender, purpose of doing this test, any other associated illness, etc not mentioned. It is not indicative of typhoid fever. The TO antigen titer and TH antigen titres should be more than 1:160 to be indicative of typhoid fever. However, a single Widal test is of less clinical significant due to the high number of cross-reacting infections, including malaria. A blood culture would be helpful to rule out typhoid fever.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
