My husband bone marrow aspirate, flow cytometry diagnosis was monotypic kappa-restricted plasma cell population expressing CD 56 and CD 117. What does that mean? His IgA was elevated 1157 IgG was very low and his IgM was 11. Does that indicate multiple myeloma?
