Does The Lump On Calf Indicate Lipoma, Tear In Achilles Or Skeletal Muscle Sarcoma?
have a lump bottom of calf that can only be seen when muscle is flexed. Had a scan as the gp thought it was a ljpoma. Scan nurse said not lipoma maybe tear in Achilles. Go back today for referral and see referral says query skeletal muscle sarcoma. Now having another scan next week but terrified,
You have not mentioned detail about lump so it is very difficult to comment. Like If it is lipoma then it should be soft, fluctuating, easily movalble .If it achillis teat there should be history of injury and you should not be able to run. Also if it is sarcoma then it should be relatively less movable and firm like apple. So you can judge by your self. Or post your ultrasound report to me and i will be able to tell you that.
